The catamaran Danica was built in 2019 at the Cahaya Samudra shipyard in Indonesia for a client from Singapore. It is 39 meters long and 10 meters wide, with a transport capacity of 317 passengers and a maximum sailing speed of 29 knots. It will arrive in Jadrolinija's white fleet in 2023 together with the catamaran Kata. The name Danica is derived from the name of the morning star Danica, but also the first Croatian literary and cultural magazine.
